Biak Numfor Govt Will Provide A Gallery for Small Traders

BIAK (BIAK NUMFOR) - Biak Numfor government in Papua Province will provide a gallery for small and medium traders in Freyi Panir Market.
"The construction of this two-storey gallery will be conducted by Biak Numfor regency in 2016. It is still under completion," said Head of Cooperative Office Abdul Manan, in Biak, on Monday.
He said the construction of this gallery could provide a selling place for all business trader in Biak Numfor Regency.
The government also receives income from the rental kiosk built.
Manan said the cost of building the gallery is borne by the district government of Biak Numfor through the state budget in 2016.
He said this gallery is a form of Regent Thomas Ondy's policy to build an independent Biak prosperous towards change.
He also mentioned that the number of small and medium businesses in Biak Numfor District until 2017 reaches 2,000 people, with the largest number of street vendors, vegetables, sellers of betel nut and food culinary. (antara)
