9 Athletes will Compete in Bodybuilding National Championsip in Pekanbaru

JAYAPURA - Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Bodybuilding and Association (PABBSI) of Papua Province will send 9 athletes to compete in the national championship in Pekanbaru next month.

“We’re definitely going to take part in the Bodybuilding National Championship,” said secretary of PABBSI , Roby De Fretes said on Monday (13/10).

Bodybuilding coach Yulianus Marian said even though there is no target, the championship will be useful to know the strength of opponents from other provinces.

Bodybuilding Gold medalist,Apcowo confirmed he will not participate in the National Championship because he is not ready.

The nine athletes are; Jannes and Samuel ( 60 kg ) Sentius Logo and Demus May (65 kg), Nelson Douw (75 Kg) , Norbertus Wagi and Melky Haluk and Ally Resly (80 Kg ) and Marian Pilate ( 85 kg).[Jubi]
