PORT MORESB - PNGRFL interim executive officer Brad Tassell said yesterday the team was in high spirits in camp and the players were getting along well.

"Training and preparations have been very good so far. There are no injury problems and the players have been going through their paces under coach Adrian Lam," Tassell said.

He said Neville Costigan, James Segeyaro, Nene MacDonald and Paul Aiton arrive today while Ray Thommpson jets in tomorrow to join the squad.

"UK based players Menzie Yere and Jason Chan will team up with the squad when they arrive in the UK on Tuesday," Tassell said.

He said the team have been undergoing weights, speed and agility sessions during the week.

The PNG Kumuls play a lead up match against Scotland next Saturday ahead of their opening World Cup match the following Saturday October 27 against France.
